The Finney7 Gallery

Here is a new departure for us on the Finney7 website - a Gallery of built locomotives with a few early shots of those in development and new introductions. We'll add to this as further builds of our kits come to hand. But to start with, what's coming? So:

Newly Available

Newly available is the semi streamlined Princess Coronation shown here with the resin smokebox/boiler/firebox and chimney mounted on one of Mick Davies current builds. The kit is supplied complete with the etches necessary for appropriate smoke deflectors and small window cab.
Close ups of the components are available full screen size by clicking on the thumbnail.

Now ready to ship is the 94XX 0-6-0PT. The photo shows an early test build, this features cast resin components, principally for the boiler/ firebox and tanks in a single casting and bunker rear. This one was built by Simon Thompson who also painted, weathered and photographed it.

In Development

The LNER/ BR K3 2-6-0. This photo is of the model using the 3D printed components but gives a really good example of the result which will be possible from the kit.
This was built by Phil Gomm, painted by Paul Moore and weathered and photographed by Neil Podbury.

To create a different or more detailed version, consider the accessory etches which are available - including the alternative, longer smoke deflectors, internal framing for the cab side and roof and wheel overlays for loco and tender. See "Little Bits" page for details.
